Die um 1923 erbaute „Rebmann-Villa“, ein ehemaliges Fabrikgebäude, hat den Rang eines Kulturdenkmals. Im Jahr 1981 erfolgte der Umbau des Gebäudes in 13 Wohnungen. Der viergeschossige Putzbau besticht noch heute durch sein Walmdach mit Zwerchhäusern (= quer (= „zwerch“) zum Hauptdach aufgeschobener Dachaufbau),  die Lisenengliederung (= Mauerblende mit schmalen und leicht hervortretenden vertikalen Wandverstärkungen)sowie die Spitzbogenfenster im Erdgeschoss. Bekannt ist das Gebäude aufgrund der von Wilhelm Rebmann errichteten Strumpf- und Trikotwarenfabrik, einer der großen Textilfabriken des Landes.

La « Villa Rebmann », un ancien bâtiment d’usine construit vers 1923, a le statut de monument faisant partie du patrimoine culturel. En 1981, le bâtiment fut transformé en 13 appartements. La construction de quatre étages en crépi séduit encore par son toit en croupe avec des lucarnes (baies verticales placées en saillie sur la pente de la toiture principale), la disposition de lésènes (= pilastres avec des renforts muraux verticaux étroits et légèrement saillants) ainsi que les fenêtres en ogive au rez-de-chaussée. Le bâtiment est connu pour son usine de bas et de tricots construite par Wilhelm Rebmann, un des grands fabricants de textile de la région.

The “Rebmann Villa”, a former factory building, constructed around 1923, is graded as a cultural monument. In 1981 the building was converted into 13 apartments. The four-storeyed plastered building still attracts attention with a hipped roof with dormers (at a right-angle to the main roof suspended roof structure), the pilaster strips (masonry panels with narrow and slightly protruding vertical wall ornaments), as well as, pointed arch windows on the ground floor. The building is well-known because of the stocking and jersey factory established by Wilhelm Rebmann, one of the biggest textile factories in the country.
